We want you to love your new dream product, but we get that sometimes it doesn't work out.

We offer hassle free returns no questions asked within 15 days of purchase. Returns made after the free return window will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 15 days of purchase for a refund in your original form of payment.

(Note: Items must be unworn, unused, and include all tags, parts and accessories.) The estimated delivery date for an order is indicated on the product detail page with shipping, handling & return timeframes. For further questions regarding delivery times you can contact our support team.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: Only items marked with Free 15 Day Returns qualify for prepaid return labels. All items returned after the 15 day grace period are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged or in an unexpected state we can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us by email and we will get you sorted. If you are approved, then you will be provided a pre-paid return label and instructions on how and where to return your order in order for your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.


To be eligible for return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt of proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and avoid a nightmare! 

Exceptions/ non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) or lightly used, used, re-loved, pre-loved or preowned goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Once your return is received, it could take up to 12-14 days for it to be processed. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
